Dr. Sarah Levy is a board-certified eye surgeon and nationally recognized leader in aesthetic medicine. She serves as a National Trainer for Galderma (Dysport®, Restylane®, Sculptra®) and Allergan Aesthetics (Botox®, Juvéderm®, Kybella®), and is a National Speaker for HydraFacial and SkinCeuticals.
Her background reflects an exceptional level of training and experience. Dr. Levy spent 14 years on the faculty at Brown University as a Professor of Surgery and also held an academic appointment at the University of Michigan. She is deeply passionate about teaching and is trusted nationally to train other medical providers in advanced injectable techniques.
With a foundation in microsurgery, including specialization in cataract surgery, Dr. Levy brings a uniquely precise and thoughtful approach to aesthetic treatments. Her technique emphasizes safety, control, and minimal trauma to the skin—resulting in outcomes that are refined, natural, and never overdone.
Dr. Sarah Levy and Dr. Helen Livson have many years of experience administering Botox®, Dysport, Sculptra, Facial Fillers, Kybella and PRP Treatments. They use only the most advanced techniques and precise injections to provide you with the best results, with minimum risk and maximum comfort.

Patients appreciate that from start to finish, all of their treatment needs are cared for. The entire FAC team seeks to educate patients about why a treatment is recommended, and what they can expect during and after their visit. We follow up with all of our patients the day after treatment to be sure their expectations were met.
Our History
Founded in 2010, Facial Aesthetics Center of Rhode Island has grown with a clear mission: to deliver expert, personalized aesthetic care in a setting that feels elevated, welcoming, and results-driven. What began as a boutique practice has evolved into a trusted destination for patients seeking thoughtful, natural-looking outcomes.
In 2018, we completed a significant renovation and expansion of our East Greenwich flagship, allowing us to introduce new treatments, broaden our services, and extend hours to better meet the needs of our patients.
In 2024, we expanded into Providence with the opening of SkinLab in Wayland Square, a modern, approachable extension of our brand focused on advanced skincare, results-driven treatments, and curated retail. This location creates an accessible entry point into aesthetics while supporting long-term skin health.
Our growth continued in 2025 with the opening of our South County location in South Kingstown. This light-filled, expansive space brings our signature approach to the coastal Rhode Island community, blending advanced treatments with a refined, concierge-level experience.
This expansion also reflects a meaningful full-circle moment for Dr. Levy. Returning to the South County community where she first began caring for patients, it represents both a reconnection to those early foundations and a continued commitment to delivering elevated, relationship-driven care in a setting that naturally aligns with the FAC philosophy.
